Save The Bays works closely with Waterkeeper Bahamas to facilitate the Waterkeeper Cadets Program for senior high school students. The Cadets is for students that want to continue on their environmental leadership journey at a more senior level following the STB Youth Environmental Ambassadors (YEA) course. Participants are usually graduates of the YEA program who have been recommended to participate in the Cadets by instructors. 

 

Cadets learn about the various threats to The Bahamas’ environment at a detailed level and work closely with established environmentalists to find solutions.
